According to this ComputerWorld article, John Wooley, CEO of the famous Schlotzsky's Deli, says that offering free WiFi has returned his investment many times over. This article said that Mr. Wooley calculated that the free Wi-Fi that he offered in only some of his delicatessens brought in an additional 15,000 clients (visits) per restaurant per year . These customers spent an average of $7 per visit... That's over $100,000 per year per outlet.....
