recreation_tablets.jpgThere are so many things to do on Long Island, but the single most rewarding, relaxing and all-season activity is Antiquing. Nearly every town on Long Island has an antique store and some have many more than one. Visit the older business districts of Huntington, Centerport, Cold Spring Harbor, Port Jefferson and even Fire Island and youe North Shore and you'll find all sorts of shops specializing in collectibles, period and retro furniture and antiques of all types.

The Island also hosts many Antique Shows and Festivals throughout the year. Check back often for announcements from our members on the next big Antique Show.

Take the kids - see everything and then walk the grounds and pretend that you are one of those kids, living on Long Island when there wasn't traffic and there were no Starbuck

On your way out East...take the Hampton Jitney and work on your laptop as you make your way to the East End of Long Island. The Jitney has a wireless internet connection the whole way from Manhattan to all stops East via the Wi Fi, a wireless rolling internet connection - that Urban Hotspots installed for them,.
